Market data is provided by third-party sources (Yahoo Finance, NSE India public APIs) and remains their property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal educational purposes.

8. Third-Party Content

The Service aggregates market data, news headlines, and links from third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party content. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

9. Availability & Modifications

We provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIRA Markets, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (or ₹1,000, whichever is lower).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
